Fire & Water Yoga
We are a small studio with a handful of classes & huge hearts! Amy Creighton Power and Jay Hodgson are the teachers/guides for your yoga & meditation practices.
We offer practices from both ends of the energetic spectrum. Fire: Strong, Creative Vinyasa Yoga & Handstands Water: Yin, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Mobility & Good Stretch.
We invite our members to come to their mat to connect with and explore both their physical and subtle bodies in a way that meets them where they are.

We are passionate teachers eager to cultivate space for people to come together and participate in a collaborative, experiential and transformative practice of yoga.

We recognize that there is no end to this journey. The practice of yoga is continuous and ever evolving; allowing us to become comfortable with life as it is and who we are within it.

These pillars come from the Awakening Yoga System. Awakening Yoga is a system designed to honour the ritual of traditional yoga with a practical and functional approach to the practice.
