Fire & Water Yoga
Fire & Water is a small studio with a handful of classes with a huge heart! Amy Creighton Power and Andrew Diestler are your teachers/guides for your yoga & meditation practices.
f & w offers practices from both ends of the energetic spectrum. Fire: Advanced Vinyasa & Meditation and Handstands Water: Yin, Pranayama & Meditation, and Yoga Reset/Good Stretch.
f & w invites our members to come to their mat to connect with and explore both their physical and subtle bodies in a way that meets them where they are.

We are passionate and creative teachers eager to cultivate space for people to come together and participate in a collaborative, experiential and transformative practice of yoga.

f & w recognizes that there is no end to this journey. The practice of yoga is continuous and ever evolving; allowing us to become comfortable with life as it is and who we are within it.

TRANSITION

My family & I are moving to the East Coast in July and Fire & Water Yoga is in the transition of slowing closing.
What does this mean?
As of April I will no longer be teaching Fire & Water classes out of the Teamldn Hybrid studio space.
You can find me teaching one class per week beginning April 3rd: Advanced Vinyasa & Meditation. This will be taught at the Shangrila Yoga Studio on Thursdays at 7:00pm. 111 Mt Pleasant Ave.

You will sign up via this platform until classes end in July.
This studio is where I began my career teaching yoga, and as such it feels right to finish teaching yoga in London at this same studio space.

These pillars come from the Awakening Yoga System. Awakening Yoga is a system designed to honour the ritual of traditional yoga with a practical and functional approach to the practice.
